About the Role
Turing is building supervised fine-tuning data for a code model. You author clean Python problems, write reference solutions with explicit reasoning, and correct model attempts.
What You'll Do
- Write Python problems across data structures and real-world tasks
- Produce reference solutions with step-by-step reasoning
- Correct and annotate model-generated attempts
You're a Good Fit If You
- You write idiomatic, tested Python
- You can explain your reasoning explicitly
- You have 3+ years of Python experience
