Per-Task Rate
Pay structured as a fixed amount per completed task rather than an hourly wage.
Many annotation and evaluation platforms pay per task instead of per hour - you see the rate before you start, and your earnings depend on how many tasks you complete and how quickly. This favors fast, accurate workers, but makes total pay harder to predict than an hourly listing, since task availability and difficulty vary day to day.
Example
A listing pays $2.50 per response you rank, rather than an hourly wage - so your total earnings depend entirely on how many you complete.
