About the Role
Mercor is hiring native Spanish speakers to help capture and evaluate real, natural voice interactions with a next-generation AI assistant, in partnership with a leading AI lab. You will use a specialized version of the app on your own Mac to complete everyday tasks by voice, then log and rate the AI's responses in your bilingual language.
What You'll Do
Use your voice to compose messages, emails, and notes across everyday apps
Direct the AI to take actions such as generating images, formatting text, applying spreadsheet formulas, or summarizing documents
Record accurate transcripts of your spoken queries, and produce a cleaned-up transcript
Rate the AI's responses
You're a Good Fit If You
Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (raised/native to Spain preferred)
Able to understand and follow instructions in English
MUST own a Mac with an Apple Silicon chip (M1, M2, or M3) running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer
Regular, everyday use of common productivity apps (email, messaging, docs, spreadsheets, browsers)
Independent contractor engagement, fully remote. Mercor pays weekly via Stripe or Wise.
