About the Role
Mercor is building a new, more accurate version of O*NET, the U.S. government's framework describing occupations and tasks. This study gathers direct input from elementary school teachers (SOC 25-2021.00, excluding special education) on their day-to-day work.
What You'll Do
Complete a one-time online survey/interview about daily teaching work (up to 30 minutes)
Optionally take part in a separately-paid follow-up survey or short interview
Describe lesson planning, instruction and classroom-management tasks in detail
You're a Good Fit If You
4+ years teaching elementary school (excluding special education)
Current work, or work within the last 12 months, in the role
Independent contractor engagement, fully remote one-time study. Mercor pays weekly via Stripe or Wise.
