About the Role
Project Panacea is a Mercor research initiative training AI agents to handle complex, real-world business and consulting work. Contributors help design and refine the scenarios used to evaluate and improve how AI systems approach multi-document, multi-stakeholder business problems. Long-term role with flexible hours and a consistent workload.
What You'll Do
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Develop business cases, operational frameworks and go-to-market strategies
Synthesize data into insights via presentations, memos and models
You're a Good Fit If You
1.5+ years at a top management consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain or Big 5)
Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts
Independent contractor engagement, minimum 10 hours/week. Mercor pays weekly via Stripe or Wise.
