About the Role
Mercor is working with a leading AI research lab to improve the capabilities of next-generation AI systems. We are seeking experienced Revenue Cycle Executives - including VP of Revenue Cycle, Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle, and RCM-focused finance leaders - to evaluate AI tools designed to transform end-to-end revenue cycle performance. What You'll Do
- Provide executive-level oversight and strategic direction for end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including patient access, coding, billing, denials, and collections.
- Evaluate AI-generated revenue cycle performance analyses, strategic recommendations, and operational improvement plans for accuracy and feasibility.
- Assess AI tools designed to automate revenue cycle workflows, identify revenue leakage, and optimise payer reimbursement.
- Define and monitor enterprise revenue cycle KPIs, including net collection rate, days in A/R, denial rate, cost-to-collect, and cash collections performance.
