About the Role

The Text Situated Alignment Generalist – BA role supports a short-term human-AI interaction evaluation pilot designed to assess whether providing social context before a user’s request helps a language model generate more relevant, personalized, and user-aligned advice. Contributors create realistic, ongoing social scenarios, interact with the model under different conditions, and evaluate the quality of its responses. The role is suitable for intelligent, creative, and English-proficient individuals with experience in human-AI interaction, data annotation, content evaluation, or similar projects.

What You'll Do

Create realistic and ongoing social scenarios involving relevant personal, professional, or interpersonal context.
Interact with the language model under the assigned evaluation conditions.
Evaluate model responses for relevance, usefulness, personalization, clarity, and alignment with the provided context.
Explain the reasoning behind each rating through clear and detailed written feedback.
Follow project guidelines and complete assigned tasks within the required timeline.

You're a Good Fit If You

Required skills: Business Analysis
Demonstrate strong written English proficiency and clear communication skills.
Possess experience in human-AI interaction, data annotation, image/video annotation, content evaluation, or similar projects.
Apply creative and analytical thinking when developing realistic social scenarios.
Understand nuanced interpersonal situations and evaluate responses objectively.
Preferred background: Experience in Business Analysis, human-AI interaction, data annotation, image/video annotation, content evaluation, or similar analytical projects.
