What You'll Do

HRSD Solution Engineering
Design and configure HR Case and Knowledge Management, HR Services, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and employee journeys.
Develop scoped-application components including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub spokes.
Implement HR service catalogs, assignment and routing models, case templates, SLAs, notifications, approvals, and document-generation workflows.
People Services Integrations & Data
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HR platforms and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and secure authentication patterns.
Apply HR data-separation, COE security, roles, groups, ACLs, retention, privacy, and audit requirements.
Support data migration, transform maps, reconciliation, testing, release management, and production stabilization.

You're a Good Fit If You

Required skills: ServiceNow, ITSM, Glide Script
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
8-10 years of ServiceNow experience, including substantial hands-on HRSD design, development, integration, and support experience.
Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise People Services or HR transformation solutions using Agile/Scrum methods.
Experience partnering with HR, privacy, security, architecture, product, and operational stakeholders.
Behavioral & Team Skills
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work across product, engineering, business, security, and operations teams in a matrixed environment.
