About the Role
micro1 is seeking experienced Employment Lawyers to contribute to a project focused on improving AI systems' legal reasoning and accuracy. You will review legal scenarios, evaluate AI-generated legal work, and provide expert feedback to help train advanced AI models.
What You'll Do
Analyze employment law scenarios to identify key legal issues, assess risks, and apply sound legal judgment.
Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated outputs.
You're a Good Fit If You
Required skills: employment law expertise, legal analysis, legal document review, issue spotting, legal reasoning, written communication, attention to detail, ai evaluation, feedback provision
J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
More than 3 years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law.
Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills.
Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.
