- Direct and assess AI-generated voice performances, focusing on accuracy, authenticity, and expressiveness.
- Provide expert guidance on a wide range of accents and regional dialects for AI voice models.
- Collaborate closely with AI developers and product designers to refine voice synthesis algorithms and training data.
- Develop and document best practices for pronunciation, modulation, and emotional delivery.
- Coach and mentor AI systems by supplying real-time feedback and targeted improvement strategies.
- Contribute detailed written and verbal analysis on voice outputs and project progression.
You're a Good Fit If You
- Required skills: Voice Directing, Dialects
- Proven professional experience as a voice coach, particularly with voice acting, accents, and regional dialects.
- Demonstrated expertise in voice directing for audio or media projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of phonetics, speech patterns, and linguistic nuances.
- Ability to provide precise, actionable feedback in high-pressure, fast-moving pilot projects.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for innovation and advancing the boundaries of AI-powered voice technology.
