About the Role
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. • Play a range of top-tier AAA games to systematically capture gameplay data using in-house tools. • Record, organize, and annotate game sessions with keen attention to accuracy and detail. • Collaborate closely with fellow experts and team leads, providing clear feedback and updates. •
What You'll Do
- Play a range of top-tier AAA games to systematically capture gameplay data using in-house tools.
- Record, organize, and annotate game sessions with keen attention to accuracy and detail.
- Collaborate closely with fellow experts and team leads, providing clear feedback and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to recording and data capture workflows.
- Ensure all data files are securely stored, cataloged, and transferred according to project guidelines.
- Maintain regular, timely communication in both written and verbal formats with the customer's remote team.
You're a Good Fit If You
- Required skills: gameplay
- Proven passion and experience with AAA games, with access to the specific titles required for the project.
- Strong gameplay proficiency and ability to follow capture instructions precisely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication—clear, prompt, and detail-oriented.
- Well-equipped computer capable of running and recording high-end AAA games without performance issues.
- Experience using gameplay recording or data capture tools (industry or proprietary experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced or changing scenarios.
