About the Role
Job title: Recruiter (San Francisco based) : Join our team as a dynamic Recruiter, leveraging your headhunting expertise to source and secure exceptional talent. This role is ideal for an energetic recruiting professional passionate about building robust pipelines and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. While the primary work is remote, you’ll be based in San Francisco and play a pivotal role at local career fairs and events every 1-2 weeks.
What You'll Do
- Source and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including headhunting, networking, and digital platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on talent strategy.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the applicant tracking system, reporting key recruitment metrics and progress.
- Self-manage priorities and deliverables while working remotely, demonstrating high autonomy and accountability.
- Represent our customer's team at San Francisco-based career fairs and industry events on a bi-weekly basis to enhance employer brand and connect with prospective talent.
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment.
