About the Role
Job Title: Software Engineer, New Grad This is a fullstack software engineering role designed for recent graduates and early-career engineers looking to accelerate their growth by building production systems. You'll contribute to — and grow into owning — core internal platform capabilities and product features end-to-end. You'll work across internal tools, services, workflows, and AI-powered products that support our engineering, operations, and recruiting platforms. As you grow, you'll take increasing ownership of critical systems while collaborating closely with experienced engineers.

You're a Good Fit If You
- Required skills: React, Node.js, AWS, PostgreSQL, AI native
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field (recent graduate or graduating soon).
- Internship, co-op, research, or meaningful personal/project experience building software applications.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with frontend development using React or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with backend development using Node.js (NestJS is a plus).
- Understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and core data modeling principles.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and how distributed applications communicate.
- Exposure to Git and modern software development workflows.
