About the Role
Time Commitment: 5-10 hours/week, short-term project micro1 is looking for Plain-Language Usability Testers to help evaluate and improve AI systems that answer questions about government services. You’ll read short questions and answers and tell us what is easy to follow and where it gets confusing. There are no wrong answers, and your honest reaction is what helps. No AI or technical background is needed.
