Mercor pays hourly work every Wednesday around noon Pacific for the previous work week, which runs Saturday to Friday in India Standard Time. How this works

We convert your time to India Standard Time (UTC+5:30), find the Saturday-to-Friday week it falls in, and take the Wednesday after that Friday at 12:00 PM in Los Angeles, adjusted for daylight saving. All dates are shown in your own time zone.
