About the Role
Pay: $20–$60/hour Job Type: Contractor (~10 hours per week) Schedule: Flexible—you can choose the hours and days you work, including weekends if desired as long as you're active micro1 is engaging Senior Cargo and Parcel Claims Examiners to contribute their expertise to a specialized customer project focused on air cargo and parcel delivery claims analysis. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
What You'll Do
- Review and analyze documentation related to cargo and parcel claims, including air waybills, shipment photos, and delivery records.
- Assess evidence to determine custody, liability, and compliance with release rules for disputed shipments.
- Draft clear and concise written rationales supporting custody and liability determinations.
You're a Good Fit If You
- Required skills: Air Cargo Claims, Custody Determination, Parcel Delivery Disputes, Release Rules, Freight Documentation, Liability Assessment
- 5+ years of professional experience in air cargo, ground handling, or parcel carrier claims examination or dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of custody determination, release rules, and liability assessment in air and ground freight contexts.
- Proven expertise handling parcel delivery disputes and interpreting freight documentation.
- Process
