About the Role
Job Title: Recruitment Ops Manager : Join our team as a Recruitment Ops Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing and driving recruitment operations from end to end. This position combines remote work flexibility with an exciting opportunity to represent the company at in-person events in San Francisco, building relationships and enhancing talent pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day recruitment operations, ensuring smooth candidate tracking, timely follow-ups, reminders, and momentum in hiring workflows.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to manage next steps, facilitate interviews, collect feedback, and drive outstanding actions to closure.
- Manage all candidate communications, including introductions, interview scheduling, updates, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate statuses, pipeline stages, and all recruiting documentation for up-to-date tracking and reporting.
- Support standard recruiting activities, such as job postings, proactive sourcing, candidate outreach, and initial screening.
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tracking systems, and operational processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attend and represent the company at recruiting events in San Francisco approximately every two weeks (with potential to increase to weekly), helping turn new connections into active candidate pipelines.
