How you get paid in Philippines
Mercor pays Philippines through Stripe Connect. When you accept an offer you select Setup Payments, verify your identity, and add bank details and tax information. Payouts then go automatically to your Stripe Express account and on to your bank account, which must be in your own legal name. Standard payouts are free and take up to 5 business days; Instant payouts take about 30 minutes for a 1.0% fee if your bank supports them. Stripe holds your first payout for 7 days.
These details come from Mercor's Payments page. Work out which week your hours fall in with the Mercor payout date calculator.
